The new features added to the new Public Procurement Services Platform and the eLicita tools (Digital Envelope and Electronic Tender Submission) are included below, after their launch on February 27, 2023 , among which stand out, among others:
- The processing of the publication of contracts based on the Framework Agreement, specific contracts of the Dynamic Procurement System and minor contracts with exclusive access, individually.
- The download of the aggregated contracts, in excel file, from the contractor profile.
- The incorporation of the "type of SME/non-SME company" field in the assessment and adjudication phases.
- The new functionality of copying annotations between batches and deleting documents between batches.
- The replication of the information of the fields that appear both in general data and in specific data of files without batches.
