New e-FACT invoice delivery portal

On Thursday, June 22, the new portal for the delivery of invoices from public administration suppliers will be activated, which will incorporate new functionalities.

This new portal allows:

  • Deliver up to 100 XML/XSIG invoice files at the same time.
  • We have improved the query screen for DIR3 codes of the entities.eFACT, and soon we will allow you to manage the DIR3 codes of the administrative units of each entity, fromeFACT (which must be defined in the “Common Directory”).
  • Environment for creating invoices. Suppliers have an assisted environment that will allow them to create invoices in a very easy way and subsequently deliver them to the destination entity. Access to these screens requires identification. It will also allow the management of different invoice issuers.
  • The invoice consultation options are maintained, both to be able to consult an invoice with the data of the same invoice, and to consult "My invoices", after identification.
