The ERES 2.0 service has a solution, additional to the module for managing entry and exit records, which allows for simplified monitoring of the life of a simple administrative file, from its inception, based on a record of entry or ex officio, until its end. This allows you to collect the documentation related to the file, make the authentic copy through the integration with the Copia del Consorci AOC, manage their signatures and carry out communications with the interested party, among others, without leaving the tool
From December 2023, this solution will gradually incorporate, for the entities that use this module, the possibility of adding procedures to the files, based on a list of predefined procedures from the AOC Consortium, common to simple administrative procedures, and assign them to the different users of the service; in order to differentiate and leave collected the different actions to be carried out within the organization, during the life of the procedure.
The new functionality also allows the creation of documents from ERES itself, associating each document with the procedures initiated in the files, starting from the editing of templates.
