Sign up for the 13/03 Alert Channel training
You can now register for the next service training that you will find at AOC Campus.
We will do this training on Wednesday 23/11/2023 from 10.00 a.m. to 13.00 p.m.
The seminar will be held using Teams, and it is recommended that you have access to the camera and/or microphone on your computer.
What we will see:
- Block I. ACM. Legal content:
- Main legal aspects and application regulations.
- Documentary proposal for regulations: Regulations and Agreement referred to as a proposal by the Network of Open Governments of Catalonia.
- Open turn to speak.
- Block II. AOC Service to deploy your channel:
- The complaint channels and alert systems and the Ethics Mailbox service as a common solution
- Service as an administrator and other roles
- Case management
- Open turn to speak.
