Sign up for the December 14 Alert Channel service training

You can now register for the next service training that you will find at Campus AOC. 

We will do this training on Wednesday 14/12/2023 from 10.00 a.m. to 13.00 p.m. online for Teams.

The seminar will be held using Teams, and it is recommended that you have access to the camera and/or microphone on your computer.

What we will see:

  • Block I. ACM. Legal content:
    • Main legal aspects and application regulations.
    • Documentary proposal for regulations: Regulations and Agreement referred to as a proposal by the Network of Open Governments of Catalonia.
    • Open turn to speak.
  • Block II. AOC Service to deploy your channel:
    • The complaint channels and alert systems and the Ethics Mailbox service as a common solution.
    • Service as an administrator and other roles.
    • Case management.
    • Open turn to speak.
