Many managers of public entities in Catalonia are having difficulties when putting into operation, within their organization, the electronic register of powers of attorney in compliance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of 1 October , of common administrative procedure of public administrations and Royal Decree 203/2021, of March 30, which approves the regulation of action and operation of the public sector by electronic means, for this reason, the Maresme Regional Council and the AOC Consortium organize one dissemination day of the Representa in the Maresme, 15 in June.
The day, aimed mainly at the City Councils and Regional Councils of the province of Barcelona (or close to the Maresme region) will take place in the Sala Cultural Maria Roser Carrau in Vilassar de Mar. The main objective of the session is to explain how the service works, its possibilities and to present use cases and implementation examples to different public bodies.
What is the Representa?
Representa is a common electronic register of powers of attorney that the AOC makes available to the Administration of the Generalitat of Catalonia, the local Entities of Catalonia and the public bodies and public law entities linked or dependent on the above.
This record is shared for all of them; that is, it is not an individual or independent record, which entails co-responsibility in the processing of personal data contained therein.
