The migration to e-TRAM 2.0 ended last December 31 and, since then, the public part of the entities that used the e-TRAM 1.0 service, as we have informed you in different communications, has been closed.
Now that procedures are no longer entered with the 1.0 solution, we have to finish closing tasks on the part of the public worker (e-TRAM 1.0), an aspect that we will proceed to close the next January 31, 2023.
This module no longer receives any entries, and moreover, and beyond that via mux download you already had the entries in your own log, since last October, the EACAT log application also includes all the entries from of the beginning of 2020, with its associated documentation, and therefore those existing in e-TRAM 1.0. Finally, remember that there are bodies that have not yet changed the links on their websites and transparency portal to version 2.0. This is a key issue to facilitate citizen processing. So, and beyond the processing checks already carried out at the time, you will need to be properly registered redirected all links from your portal to the new e-TRAM 2.0 environment.
