The Housing Agency of Catalonia publishes the service to request authorization to sell and/or rent homes with official protection, mandatory in accordance with current regulations.
La Law 18/2007, of December 28, on the right to housing determines that homes with official protection must be used as the usual and permanent residence of their users. The transmission and assignment of these homes are subject to prior authorization by the Housing Agency of Catalonia.
