Service cut April 5 – 8: planned actions in relation to the services affected by the calculation of deadlines
The service unifies the acceptance, resignation, revocation and extension forms in a single form, the modification form. In this way, the face-to-face service forms of the platform, which were previously registration, acceptance, resignation, revocation and processing attended, will remain in only three forms: registration, modification and processing attended.
Recognizing the need to simplify and make our processes more efficient, right now from the top right tab of the service, where you find the downloadable document templates, you will find only three forms:
- Registration: to request the registration of a new representation that does not exist in the database.
- Modification: to make changes to an existing representation, whether to accept, waive, revoke or request an extension. We've consolidated these processes into a single form to simplify options.
- Processing Attended: to authorize the authorized official to process on behalf of the person appearing.
This simplification optimizes the design and presentation of forms to make them more intuitive. The clarity of the available options facilitates the navigation process for the public worker and brings more speed in the processing by citizens.
