The service unifies the acceptance, resignation, revocation and extension forms in a single form, the modification form. In this way, the face-to-face service forms of the platform, which were previously registration, acceptance, resignation, revocation and processing attended, will remain in only three forms: registration, modification and processing attended.
Recognizing the need to simplify and make our processes more efficient, right now from the top right tab of the service, where you find the downloadable document templates, you will find only three forms:
- Registration: to request the registration of a new representation not existing in the database.
- Modification: to make changes to a representaexisting policy, whether to accept, waive, revoke, or request an extension. We have consolidated these processes into a single form to simplify your options.
- Processing Attended: to authorize the authorized official to process on behalf of the person appearing.
