During the years 2021 and 2022, the AOC Consortium has worked to launch a new version of the DESA'L service with the aim of having a transversal and centralized storage solution so that all documents and their metadata that are generated as a result of the consumption of AOC services are kept in the same document repository.
Specifically, this solution allows us to achieve the targets next:
- Management of the entire document life cycle in an efficient and agile way, based on document services that allow its capture, description, indexing, search, recovery, storage and safe custody.
- Access to document services through very flexible and highly configurable APIs, to facilitate management and use by AOC services that are integrated.
- Management of hundreds of millions of documents and an almost unlimited capacity for growth.
- Compliance with the ALT level security measures established by the National Security Scheme (ENS) to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the documentation and data that are managed.
- Having a technological infrastructure with guarantees of reliability, performance and security as it is built on a data center infrastructure in the cloud (Amazon Web Services), which takes advantage of the full potential of infrastructures as a service.
In recent months, they have started to integrate to DESA'L the following services of the AOC Consortium:
- Suitcase
- e-NOTUM
- e-BOARD
- e-TRAM
- idCAT Mobile
- e-FACT
Only with months and with these mentioned services has it reached the large number of 100 million archived documents.
Throughout 2023, the rest of the Consortium's services will complete their integration, to standardize and unify the document model of the AOC services in a single repository that will facilitate their management, conservation and exploitation.
