The changes made to the specific conditions for the provision of this service consist of the elimination of the specific functions of issuingidCAT Phone.
As part of the next audit that the AOC Consortium will carry out at your Registration Entity, you can provide us with the receipts for the applications foridCAT Mobile that you have managed over this time.
From July 5, only ERs idCAT of the citizen service offices of the Generalitat de Catalunya will issue the in-personidCAT Phone.
Apart from the in-person registration mechanism, citizens will continue to have other telematic options to obtain theidCAT Mobile, such as doing it with a digital certificate, with personal data from the Comprehensive Health Card or through video identification.
The specific conditions of service relating to theidCAT Certificates remain unchanged.
If you wish to unsubscribe from the ER service idCAT Certified, you have a period of 15 days, as explained in the section Download services from the AOC Consortium from the same website of the conditions of services. The cancellation as ER idCAT mobile will be made official on July 5th.
