100% of Catalan town halls offer digital services to citizens

The 947 town halls of Catalonia have been offering, since this June, digital services that guarantee citizens digital rights for processing and transparència which the law provides.

The last municipalities to offer these digital services have been the Ajuntament de la Febró and the Ajuntament de Fontanilles. Febró activated the generic instance service during the month of January 2023.

On the other hand, Fountains offered citizens the possibility to send, from the municipal website, "Complaints, suggestions and proposals" and request an "Appointment with an elected official or municipal technician", but it was this month of June when the "instance service" was activated generic".
