On Wednesday, October 25, a new functionality is implemented in the e.FACT service that will allow each body receiving invoices to manage the DIR3 codes that appear in the e.FACT delivery box.
DIR3 codes are defined in the Common Directory of Organic Units and Offices of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations. In this space is where entities define their organization, which can be very basic (when only a single level of DIR3 code is established), or more complex (when the entity identifies its entire organization in a set of DIR3 codes ).
From October 25, through e.FACT, the DIR3 codes of each entity can be added to the e.FACT Mailbox, so that suppliers can consult them and report them on invoices.
The DIR3 codes you can use in e.FACT are those defined in the Common Directory. It will only be necessary to add them to the Delivery Box using the new "Create DIR3" option that will be available in EACAT/Applications/e.FACT. If the codes are not defined in the Common Directory, they will need to be registered following the steps in the FAQ that contains the instructions on the high in DIR3.
As soon as the new functionality is available you can check the details at Support portal e.FACT Administrations.
