The Department of Equality and Feminism has approved the transfer intended to finance the provision of the care service for girls and boys from 0 to 16 years of age in town councils with more than 20.000 inhabitants and county councils for the year 2023.
The Time for Care Program aims to advance public co-responsibility towards care by supporting local bodies for the deployment of local child care services. The program responds to several specific objectives: Consolidate the right to care for girls and boys, free up time for families, especially for women, who, for the most part, have been assigned the work of care, accredit the experience gained in the field of care, to promote men's co-responsibility in care and, finally, to do so by advancing equality.
El terms for the submission of applications ends December 31st of 2023.
