The VÀLid service of the AOC obtains the certification of conformity with the ENS in the high category
Do you have support requests open at the Customer Service Center (CAU)? Do you want to consult them and want to know their status?
Do it from the "My requests" section, a single space where you can find all your requests, check their status, see their content and add more information.
You can access "My requests" from any page of the Support Portal. On any of these pages you will find the button at the top right, as indicated in the image:
If you have opened requests with us but you have not yet registered in the space, you will have to ask for the password from "Are you new to aoc.cat? Sign up"
If you already have your user created you will need to enter your email address and password. Once done, you can access your activity, your profile and change your password.
In "My activities" you can check all your requests. You can filter them by state and use the search engine to find a specific one. By clicking on one of them you can see the details.
To update the content of your requests you must select the request you want to update and add a comment. You can do this for all active requests. If the request is closed a follow-up request will be created to resume the matter.
You can mark it as resolved if it has already been resolved and add a copy to another user.
