Changes to idCAT Mobile - AOC Consortium

The content of this post is outdated. Currently, it is only performed to an ER idCAT of the Generalitat.

When a citizen changes their identity document (the most common is the change from NIE to DNI), in order to update their data idCAT Mobile, you will first have to deregister the previous document and then register a new one. idCAT mobile with the new document.

To do so, the citizen must follow the following steps:

1. Request the low of'idCAT Mobile (eg associated with a NIE):

In person at one ER idCAT of the Generalitat, in this case the cancellation takes place immediately.
In person at one ER idCAT from the local world: in this case the drop No. is carried out immediately. As a Registrant, you must follow the steps in the FAQ: How to manage modification/deletion idCAT Mobile operator of the Registration Entity, sending us the cancellation request along with the còpia authentic/forced copy of the current identification document, so that it can be managed from our User Service Center. Once the deregistration is completed, the citizen is informed, and also the ER, if you provide your email in the request.
