Withdrawal of inactive users in the Public Register of Contracts

In order to comply with the established recommendations regarding security and data protection in corporate applications, the Department of Economy and Finance, which manages the Procurement services implemented by the AOC Consortium in the local world and in universities, will soon carry out a user deletion process which will consist of unsubscribe those with profile Publisher and Validator that have not made use of the Public Register of Contracts after 31 December 2021.

From the AOC we will send an email to the email addresses listed in the RPC, related to the affected users.

In case you want to keep the user, you will need to connect to RPC by username and password or digital certificate, through the applications tabEACAT, before of the October 15, 2023. From now on, action will be planned to unsubscribe the inactive until that date.
