The AOC makes available to the councils an assistant guided by the registration procedures

Registration procedures generate, nowadays, a large volume of work for the Citizen Service Offices. In addition, citizens often find it very difficult to understand the various procedures that need to be done and how to do it quickly. For this reason, from the AOC, we have launched an assistant for the registration procedures.
This virtual assistant, integrated into eTRAM, must make it easier for citizens to know which registration procedure they must carry out and thus be able to relieve the Citizen Service Offices of queries and promote the electronic processing of these procedures. Through a brief form, a series of circumstantial questions are asked to find out what the person's situation is and based on the answers, propose the procedure to be carried out or give them information.
Apart from the assistant, this new resource also includes a section with basic information and frequently asked questions about aspects related to the municipal register.
Some municipalities like Llagostera o Tremp, have been pioneers and already have this assistant in their electronic offices. The only requirement to have this new resource is to use the catalog of procedures ofeTRAM and have the five registration procedures it incorporates activated.
This assistant is part of the Empadrona't project, which aims to give an impetus to the electronic processing of procedures related to the register and tidy up all the information related to the municipal register given its relevance in the municipal area.
Apart from this assistant, they have joined new registry procedures in the catalog of procedureseTRAM and work is underway on a pilot to be able to download, in self-service format, proof of residence fromEl Meu Espai, with the aim of reducing the volume of requests that OACs receive in this regard.
