The webinar was held on March 10 “Alert channels and the protection of alert people from the new regulatory framework“, Organized jointly by the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia and the School of Public Administration of Catalonia.

The online session focused on two specific aspects of the transposition of the EU Directive 2019/1937, and on the recently drafted Spanish law bill, which will have to be taken into account: the establishment of channels internal alert and the protection of alerting persons.
