When there is an error in the T-CAT Registration Entity (for example when printing the card), there are some files with information that can be very useful to the technicians when reviewing the incident. These are the Logs, which can be easily obtained by following the instructions in the FAQ Get Log file.

Therefore, if you encounter an error in the T-CAT Registration Entity, and you have reviewed the technical requirements and configuration of the printer, we recommend that you open a request for support describing the problem (affected operator, process you are following and error appearing) and attaching the Logs file.
