Take advantage of Representa: how to make representation inquiries

The Representa service, as an electronic register of powers of attorney, allows the action of representatives to be articulated in the course of administrative practice. In this way, it is possible to check whether a person is a representative of another in a specific procedure, in a specific entity, on a specific date, for a specific action: the consultation, the processing or the receipt of notifications.

This query, carried out through the public employee portal in the "Verification" tab or, via integration allows the download of evidence, in pdf and xml format, in order to attach it to the administrative file (if necessary). It is what is known in the service as "Validation voucher".

Apart from this specific query, the Representa service also allows:

Get the list of all the representations that exist between two people and download a pdf document (Question of representations).
Obtain a proof of a specific representation, with its identifying data and with the entire life flow of the same (Proof of representation)
Obtain proof that the request for representation has been made (Proof of request), which is downloaded at the time of registration, but which can be retrieved at any time.
