The service Representa, as an electronic record of powers of attorney, allows the action of the representants within the administrative practice. In this way, it allows to check if a person is representant of another in a specific procedure, in a specific entity, on a specific date, for a specific action: consultation, processing or receipt of notifications.
This query, carried out through the public employee portal in the "Verification" tab or, via integration allows the download of evidence, in pdf and xml format, in order to attach it to the administrative file (if necessary). It is what is known in the service as "Validation voucher".

Apart from this specific consultation, the service Representa also allows:
- Get the list of all representations that exist between two people and download a pdf document (Consultation of representations).
- Obtain a receipt from a representaspecific transaction, with its identifying data and with its entire life cycle (Justifying representation)
- Obtain proof that the request has been made for a representation (Application justification), which is downloaded at the time of registration, but which can be recovered at any time.
