Are you interested in the Postgraduate Course in Electronic Administration and Open Government in the Local World? Information session: May 25

Next September 2022, the fifth edition of the Postgraduate in Electronic Administration and Open Government in the Local World, organized by the UdG Foundation, the Girona Provincial Council and the AOC Consortium.

On May 25, we invite you to attend the talk de Concepción Campos entitled "Managing change in hostile land: the difficult path to transforming the administration", and afterwards, there will be an information session on the postgraduate course.

In the paper we will address the main difficulties encountered by local entities in this process of transformation to become XNUMXst century public administrations, innovative, transparent, digital and digitized, whole and focused on people, from the resistance that it generates every process of transformation and we will try to provide some keys to survive the obstacle course towards e-government and government open to the local world.

Postgraduate: face-to-face and online edition 

The UdG Foundation, the Girona Provincial Council and the AOC Consortium are organizing the Postgraduate Course in Electronic Administration and Open Government, which will start its fifth edition this academic year 2022-2023.

This edition will combine face-to-face with online classes, in order to be able to extend it to the maximum number of public employees. The online classes, which will be approximately 66% of the program, will be on Wednesday afternoons and face-to-face classes, interspersed with the others, on weekends (Friday afternoon and Saturday morning)

The Postgraduate course has as goal train local workers in the field of e-government and open government to improve the quality of local government.

The Postgraduate course is aimed at:

  • Workers of the local administrations of Catalonia: technicians, administrators, secretaries, inspectors, elected officials, possible posts and staff who are involved in the process of implantation of the e-administration and the government open to the local authorities or want to know in what it consists of and what are the challenges and changes involved.
  • Graduates and professionals from the private sector who work or want to work together with the Public Administration in the areas under study in the postgraduate course.

La registration to enroll in the Postgraduate will open on June 1nd. We will soon publish more information about the new edition of the Postgraduate.
