The idCAT Certified service will not be operational from Saturday 22 January at 15pm until Monday 24 January at 8am, for maintenance tasks. This service cut will affect both the part of the idCAT Certified Registration Entities and the citizens' websites. During this period, the idCAT Certified Registration Entities will not be able to access any functionality and, therefore, it will not be possible to request, download and revoke idCAT certificates or extract reports. As for the website aimed at the public, it will not be possible to renew or download any certificate.
During this service outage, improvements will be made to the application, such as the independence of the ER idCAT from the browser explorer (Chrome and Edge can be used), as well as improving performance.
The main goal of these developments is to prepare the environment for other more substantial operational changes that we will share with you in the coming months.
