The Generalitat de Catalunya, the municipal entities, the AOC Consortium, the Catalan Provincial Councils and Barcelona City Council have signed a collaboration agreement to promote the Law on the facilitation of economic activity and the incorporation of Barcelona City Council into the One-Stop Shop (FUE).
The signing ceremony, chaired by the Minister of Business and Labor, Roger Torrent i Ramió, was attended by the First Deputy Mayor of Barcelona City Council, Jaume Collboni i Cuadrado, and the other signatories to the agreement. . The aim of the new Plan is to reduce the time required to start an economic activity. One of the axes is based on the integration of the platforms available to the different public administrations, and the other, to ensure an adequate sizing of the human resources involved in legalization and control. ex post of economic activities.
Since 2011, the signatory administrations have been collaborating in the promotion of the FUE and the deployment of common solutions. To guarantee the default digital processing, all local bodies have at their disposal a catalog of 17 FUE procedures using the e-TRAM service. As of July 2021, there are 927 Catalan councils that are members of the FUE that use the services of the AOC. Through the Business Channel, it is possible to follow the procedures of activities with an inter-administrative vision for the 838 councils that are using "My Space" of the AOC, which integrates the information of its electronic headquarters.
