“Entrepreneurs in the Administration. In this decade, the disaffection of citizens with institutions will depend on the quality of digital services. We need to give the helm to those who want to change things from within and with new visions.
"Today's digital divide separates the quality of the digital services we use every day from that of the equivalent services of public administrations. The disaffection of the citizens towards the institutions will depend on this gap ”.
