SCT - Request for data or report of the reporting agent

A new service opens at EACAT of the Catalan Traffic Service (SCT) with the aim of requesting more information about the reported fact from the acting agent when the investigator of the sanctioning procedure, in view of the allegations made by the person concernederessada, it is necessary to clarify or specify the facts reported by the acting agent (modality 1: Request from the SCT to the reporting agent: request for data or report).

The reporting agent may also send a letter or report to the SCT without the SCT having previously requested it (modality 2: Communication of the reported agent to the SCT: communication of data or report).
