When acting on behalf of an interested party by means of a digital certificate qualified as a representative, the question may arise as to whether it is necessary to register in REPRESENT the representation contained in the certificate. The answer is that it is not necessary to register this representation, since the mere fact of having the certificate already proves by itself the relationship of representation between the two people.
For this reason, when trying to register a representation in the REPRESENTATIVE with one of this type of certificate that already includes the NIF of the representative (natural person) and the represented (legal person), the platform returns a notice indicating that it is not possible the registration of this combination of NIFs.
