The Department of Education has published in Electronic Board of the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya the Proposal for a provisional resolution granting subsidies for the financing of dance schools owned by local bodies in Catalonia, for the 2020-2021 academic year.
The provisional resolution proposal will be deemed tacitly accepted if the local entity proposed as beneficiary does not present any objection within 10 working days from the day after the provisional resolution is published. Within the same period, the requesting local bodies can present allegations, which will be taken into account at the time of definitive resolution, in accordance with regulatory basis 10.3 of theOrder EDU/143/2022, of June 13.
The local entities proposed as beneficiaries can also, within the same period, withdraw the subsidy or present the reformulation of the activity report and the budget in the event that it is necessary to justify significant, but not substantial, modifications with respect to those initially delivered , in accordance with regulatory basis 10.4 of Order EDU/143/2022, of June 13.
