Published the “Guide for communicative efficiency in transparency”

With the aim of enhancing the efficiency of communication on transparency, the ComSET Research Group of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (responsible for the infoparticipa map), in collaboration with the Secretariat of Open Government, has published theGuide to communicative efficiency. The challenge of communication in the field of transparency: the right to understand“, A guide that allows to guide those responsible for the transparency of Catalan public institutions in the process of creating, managing, organizing and transmitting the information published on institutional websites. This guide contributes to improving the readability, “clarity” and “comprehensibility” required by Law 19/2014 of 29 December on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance.
