Service cut April 5 – 8: planned actions in relation to the services affected by the calculation of deadlines
The Representa service makes it possible to have an Electronic Register of Powers of Attorney within the framework of the provisions of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, of a collaborative nature. The implementation of this register, however, is an important organizational challenge for the bodies, and for this reason, from the legal-organizational group of Representa, we developed the Guide to the implementation of the Representa, which we presented to you last September 2021.
Once the service has been implemented, to help you manage it, we remind you that you have at your disposal the Representa support portal, where you will find the FAQs for the main questions about creating representations.
As you know, the service consists of two environments, one for public workers to provide assistance to citizens and manage representations, and one forto citizens and companies where they can directly manage their representations. In this sense, in addition to the support portal mentioned above, the Citizen Representation Support Portal. Here citizens and businesses will find the steps to register an electronic representation, and also answer frequently asked questions such as technical requirements o maximum validity of the representations.
Therefore, if you are a public body and you receive inquiries from the public about the management of electronic representation, you have the option of addressing them to the Citizen Representation Support Portal.
