Modification of the “DSO - DGJ - Youth Facilities” service

As a result of the entry into force of the Decree 16/2022, of 1 February, of modification of the Regulation of youth camps, the following procedures are slightly modified to adapt to the new model of inter-administrative communication:

  • Prior communication and proposal for registration in the IJ Register
  • Notification of the Department-CC Resolution

The changes affect the description of the procedures and the documentation that must be attached, which in both cases is simplified since the resolutions that are sent do not have the immediate origin in a communication received from the owner but in an action of the county council, carried out in exercise of its powers of inspection and sanction.
