El December 31, 2022 the AOC Consortium will stop providing the e-TRAM 1.0 service, migrating to a new version of e-TRAM (2.0) that is much more robust, accessible, portable and agile, which also offers the possibility of self-management of your catalog of procedures (including FUE procedures with its native integration with Channel Empresa).
The migration tasks began in a first phase with the migration of the portal to the new version and after a prudent period of time, prior to the informed closure of access to the public part, the second phase begins with the closure of the environment of the public worker of the e-TRAM 1.0 service.
It is for this reason that for all those who have migrated to version 2.0, the closing of the public part has already been done, ending the first phase announced and from now on the work of the second phase will proceed, with the closing of the e-TRAM 1.0 environment on the part of public workers, becoming only e-TRAM 2.0 the citizen processing platform.
Remember that beyond the processing checks already carried out at the time, you will need to have all the links on your portal properly redirected to the new e-TRAM 2.0 environment.
With regard to global data, we already have all of the entities migrated to the new version of the e-TRAM 2.0 service and we appreciate the collaboration of Regional Councils and Provincial Councils that have enabled us to migrate the 100% of us in the new version before the end of the year.
