From the Via Oberta service, with the aim of simplifying the transition of ATEX5 consumption to the new DGT services, we are working on ex officio migration of authorizations of ensque you are already accessing the data of the Register of Vehicles and Drivers through the services of ATEX5, for sanctioning procedures in matters of traffic and road safety. If this is the case for you, it is not necessary for you to make any request for authorization for these procedures, but for the AOC Consortium we have made all the necessary arrangements to guarantee the continuity of these consumptions.
However, for the migration of authorizations for non-sanctioning procedures in the field of traffic or road safety, such as for aid and subsidy procedures, selection processes or authorizations and licenses, etc., the DGT requires that you process a new application for authorization, as it considers it necessary to prove that your specific regulations 'is requiring the public to provide this data.
For this reason, a meeting will be organized in the coming weeks with the affected bodies in order to inform you of the current migration status of the sanctioning procedures and to advise you on the processing of the new authorizations.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that, for those of you who are authorized to use the services of ATEX5, those of the Via oberta service, we have also processed your applications for authorization in the pre-production environment of the new DGT services, for so that those who consume in an integrated way or intend to do so, can already start new developments.
To find out the details of the DGT's services and their requirements, you can consult the Service Charter available at Consortium website.
