Via Oberta offers the consultation of a wide range of interoperable data, structured in different services. Each service corresponds to a set of data related to a transferor, and is structured in different ways of consultation.

For each service there is a document that lists the characteristics, the modalities available, how to make inquiries and the result to be obtained; this document is the Letter of Service.

Why is the Service Charter a must for Via Oberta?

Before requesting the service: lets you know which modalities are offered, so that you can request the one that best suits your needs, thus respecting the criterion of proportionality in accessing the data.
Once the service is available, you will find details on how to make inquiries, the possible results to be obtained and how to interpret them.

The Service letters are grouped according to the sender of the data (state administration, Generalitat, local administration or professional associations)
