Request a vote by mail with the IDCAT Certificate
In case of loss or theft of the T-CAT you must request its suspension, so you can avoid unwanted uses of the certificate while it is not under your control.
To suspend the T-CAT, you just have to call our Customer Service Center (900 90 50 90) explaining what has happened and providing the T-CAT suspension code, which is found both in the documentation of delivery as in the communication of the PIN and PUK codes you received in the e-mail. If you do not have the suspension code, you can request one forwarding the PIN and PUK codes to obtain the suspension code.
Once the suspension has been carried out, the T-CAT will become invalid so that no one can make inappropriate use of it.
During the following 120 days, the T-CAT will be disabled, but it can be enabled again, in case, for example, the T-CAT is finally found. If after this period it is not enabled, it will be revoked automatically.
