Presented the "Public Integrity Self-Assessment Guide for Local Entities"

The AOC Consortium and the Catalan Association of Municipalities (ACM) have presented the "Public Integrity Self-Assessment Guide for Local Governments", a self-diagnosis tool aimed at local bodies so that they can assess their degree of maturity in integrity, public ethics and good governance.

Through some common indicators, each local body can make a diagnosis about its system of institutional integrity, and decide and plan the measures it wants to adopt to improve its governance with criteria of ethics and good governance.

It is an open and free application available to all Catalan local authorities. The tool currently assesses a total of 260 indicators.

Its aim is to improve and help councils to define public policies based on local integrity.
