Once closed in 2021, we share with you how this training process has gone during all this time of pandemic. Here are some facts:
During this year, a total of 1.523 people attended the training.
The trainings have been done on:
- The AOC Consortium Services: eTauler, e-Contracting, iArxiu, Via Oberta, eNotum, Representa, EACATTraining has been provided for all these services every 4/5 weeks.
- Registration Entity Operators Course idCAT, with a frequency of 1 or 2 courses per month.
With regard to service training, during the first semester we followed the 2020 call model, through the County Councils, where:
- 19 County Councils have convened formations
- By geographical area, the services most in demand:
- Training in Baix Empordà: 48 people attended the Training Service Representa
- Joint training in Garrotxa and Cerdanya: 21 people attended the e-Contracting Service
- Joint training in Pla de l'Estany, Selva and Gironès: 46 people attended the ServiceeNOTUM
- Joint training in Pallars Jussà, Pallars Sobirà, Noguera, Solsonès, Alt Urgell: 32 people attended the ServiceEACAT
- Joint training in Pla d'Urgell, Urgell, Segrià, Segarra, Garrigues: 46 people attended the Service Via Oberta
- Joint training in Vall d'Aran, Alta Ribagorça: 19 people attended the ServiceEACAT
Sessions have also been held for entities that are not from the local world, for example, in March a session was held for the service eNOTUM at the Barcelona Public Health Agency, Sant Pau Foundation, Catalan Council for Integrated Production, where a total of 43 people attended.
During the summer, a new website was created to bring together all the training content of the AOC Consortium, which we launched in October. In the first call for webinars or seminars on the web:
- The service that has had the most demand has been the service of Representa with 149 people in session 1 and 107 in session 2.
- A service session is held outside of the “program” eTRAM which was attended by 124 people.
Regarding the Registration Entity Operators Course idCAT, 21 courses have been held where 267 people obtained the course certificate.
