New design of the EACAT access page
The Catalan Housing Agency publishes the service AHC - Aid programs for the construction of social housing in energy-efficient buildings with Next Generation background.
The regulations governing these funds are:
- RESOLUTION DSO / 1503/2022, of 18 May, approving the conditions of access for the selection of proposals for actions for the financing of the Program of aid for the construction of social housing in energy-efficient buildings provided for in the Recovery Plan, Transformation and Resilience, funded by the European Union-NextGenerationEU.
- ROYAL DECREE 853/2021, of 5 October, which regulates the aid programs in the field of residential rehabilitation and social housing of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
- LAW 8/2007, of 28 December, of the right to housing.
