As we have seen in other e-invoice posts, the e.FACT service has 3 ways to access invoices. If you have modalities 2 or 3, you must have the FTP credentials that connect e.FACT with the accounting program of each entity.
These credentials are communicated with the registration to the e.FACT service, but for different reasons there may be a need to retrieve them (the communication of the registration is old, the contact person no longer works at the entity…) .
To facilitate this credential recovery process, which can be done quickly and securely, a new permission for the e.FACT service called “Service Manager”. This permission isassignwill be the User Manager of EACAT through the section Configuration.
So if a user needs it recover e.FACT credentials, just ask the EACAT User Manager to assign the “Service Manager” permission to e.FACT, and then request that the credentials be forwarded through the e.FACT support forms.
From the Customer Service Center we will check that the person requesting the credentials has the aforementioned permission from the Head of Service, and if so, we will forward the credentials to their email.
