Hèstia incorporates new inquiries from Via Oberta
Hestia incorporates a document management solution. This option allows professionals to add and manage within Hestia, all the documents that are part of the necessary documentation of a person or a specific file and that are part of the administrative file.
Likewise, this option complies with article 70, point 2, of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure for Public Administrations, which specifies that files must be in electronic format and which will be formed through the inclusion of documents, evidence, opinions, reports, agreements, notifications and other proceedings that are necessary.
