- Interoperability
EUCARIS vehicle data is now available on Via Oberta
The consultation of the environmental badge of a vehicle, from the General Directorate of Traffic, has been included in the catalog of interoperable data and documents. The service allows the consultation by registration and returns the data of the environmental badge of the vehicle and the date of incorporation in the system.
This service is intended for Town Councils, Autonomous Communities and bodies that manage, among other procedures:
Although it can be used in sanctioning procedures, unlike the other sanctioning modalities of the DGT, it is not necessary to formalize any specific agreement with the issuer, since the service only responds to the environmental badge of the vehicle consulted and under no circumstances provide further information on its holder or address for notification purposes.
In order to have this information, it will be necessary to consult the modality “Consultation of data of a vehicle for sanctions”, which if it returns, among others, the identification of the owner of the vehicle and the address that appears in the Register of Vehicles and Drivers of the DGT. We remind you that the consultation of the modality “Consultation of data of a vehicle for sanctions” does require the adhesion or the signature of an agreement with the DGT.
You will find this new way of consulting the Environmental Distinction of a vehicle within the provider: General Directorate of Traffic. To find out the details of these services and their requirements, you can consult the Charter of Services available at the following link.
