The AOC Consortium has incorporated into the catalog of data and interoperable documents, the consultation of the Subsistence service of Notarial Powers and Administrators, offered by the General Council of Notaries, outside the scope of the REPRESENTA service.
The service incorporates four consultation modalities that have a positive impact on various aspects of the management of administrative procedures before Public Administrations, given that it saves the presentation of a power of attorney or a certified copy, to act through a third party in any administrative procedure in which a natural or legal person is interested.
Modes of consumption:
- Subsistence consultation of Powers of Attorney– The service allows you to make inquiries about the existence and total or partial revocation of a power of attorney.
- Consultation of a simple copy of Powers of Attorney – The service allows you to obtain a simple electronic copy of a power of attorney or a document that affects the existence of a power of attorney, using a CSV (secure verification code).
- Consultation of Notaries and Notaries – The service is responsible for providing a list with the information related to the data of the searched notary.
- Administrators Livelihood Inquiry – The service allows you to check the status of the appointment of an administrator to a company, if it is currently in force or if there has been any termination or resignation.
You will find these methods of consulting the General Council of Notaries within your provider: Consejo General del Notariado. To find out the details of these services and their requirements, you can consult the Service Charter available at website of the Consortium.
