Continuous improvement of the Digital Maturity Index: how do we move forward?
The AOC Consortium has included in the catalog of interoperable data and documents, the consultation of a new service of the National Subsidy Base (BNDS), from the General State Intervention (IGAE). The service incorporates three modalities of consultation that will allow the AAPP to be able to verify the data relative to a natural or legal person that concur in a procedure of concession of subsidy and determine if they are subject or no to the perception of the same.
New modes of consumption:
Consultation of disqualifications - The service is responsible for consulting the data of disqualifications to receive subsidies from a natural or legal person registered in the BDNS, either by imposing a firm court ruling or by administrative sanction in the cases provided for in current legislation.
Consultation of concessions - The service is responsible for consulting the data of concessions received by one of a natural or legal person registered in the BDNS, obtaining the information of the concessions granted to a beneficiary in a period, with indication of the awarding body, call, and amounts granted, paid and, where applicable, reimbursed.
Consultation of MINIMIS subsidies - The service is responsible for consulting the details of grants and aid that comply with the MINIMIS rule of a natural or legal person registered in the BDNS, obtaining if there are grants that meet the MINIMIS rule of the beneficiary object of the consultation and obtain the sum of all such amounts.
You will find these new ways of consulting the National Subsidies Base (BNDS) within its provider: the General Comptroller of the State Administration (IGAE). To know the details of these services and their requirements you can consult the Charter of Services available at Consortium website.
