The e-TRAM 2.0 offers a set of improved processing functionalities, both for citizens and public workers. Specifically, for the public worker it includes:
- Self-management of the procedure catalog files (allows you to create your own catalog for each entity).
- Improvement in security management via the management of the service's own editor users from EACAT.
- Removal of the e-TRAM 1.0 management back-office:
- Everything comes and starts from the entry register of each entity.
- Communications to citizens are based on administrative acts (communications or electronic notifications).
Regarding the first point, on the self-management of the catalog of procedures, it should be noted that the tool offers the option of viewing all the procedures and their status on the same screen, in the section of "Given procedures 'registration for the entity", as explained in the FAQ What procedures do I have parameterized?.
Also, accessing each of the procedures, you can easily modify its state (make it visible, mark it as outstanding or out of date).
