New queries to Via Oberta from'Hèstia: guaranteed income, census (OV) and others

At the AOC we continue working to facilitate the daily work of Basic Social Services professionals, incorporating consultations this coming April. Via Oberta available that may be more useful:   

Department of Social Rights: 

  • Consultation of the Guaranteed Income (published in February by the Generalitat) 

Spanish Tax Administration Agency: 

  • Tax obligations for applying for aid and subsidies 
  • Income: modalities composed of the personal income tax certificate (IRPF): individual income level certificate, income certificate for social benefits and income certificate for scholarships 
  • Exempt public pensions 

General Treasury of the Social Security: 

  • Debt situation 
  • Job registration to date 

We also inform you that if yours is a municipal ABSS, you will also have the option of consult your Register directly from'Hèstia, in an easy and agile way, after requesting the service “Request for connection of your own data from the Municipal Population Register to obtain electronic registration flyers (OV Pròpia)” which you will find in the “Request the service” section in the page with information about Via oberta from the AOC website. This option will give you two immediate improvements once authorized:  

  • Any professional who has access to your municipal Basic Social Services Area will be able to make use of the consultation in the register itself.Hèstia, simply by having been authorized to access the ABSS (you will not need to authorize your professionals one by one at the service of Via Oberta) 
  • You will not have any time difference between the date of registration of the citizens of your municipality and the result that the data will be returned to you, since the update is immediate since the database of the municipal register is modified. 

The data that can be automatically loaded into the person's file, once the query has been made from the official DNI/NIE/Passport document, are the same as if you had used the query in the Register through Via Oberta: Full name, date of birth and age and home address as recorded in the register. With the “Copy” option, the professional can choose whether to upload this data directly to the personal file or not.

You will soon receive detailed instructions from Coordination on how to apply for these queries in order to be able to consume this data, with pre-filled sample forms and a guide to help you manage them properly.

The new queries described above are in addition to the four queries in Via Oberta integrated into the Person File of theHèstia for years and that you can continue to use as before:  

  • Census data 
  • Large family title 
  • Single parent family title 
  • Disability data
