With the version of theHèstia available from the update on Wednesday, June 8th in the afternoon, along with the new queries Via Oberta incorporated into theHèstia You will find, among other things, the following improvements:
New alerts (expired issues, 1st Immigration and Expired Citizenship Reception) and improved management of existing ones.
Calendar: Default display preference filters can be applied; refresh the information in case of agendas updated simultaneously by several professionals with a single click; the person's "Name Meaning" is displayed at the entrance; “Entities” can be listed in the Appointments.
2 new markers for the own Procedures forms: for the identifier of the SSB file from which the procedure is carried out (“ExpActual”) and for the one of the Teaching Center (“Teaching Center”) of the extended file.
The format of the monthly report of the activity of the ABSS of the Department of Social Rights has been updated.
New information fields have been added to various Exploitation lists and new ones have been generated that can be useful for the management of ABSS:
"Active people with disabilities and / or dependency with an open SSB file"
"Active people with an open SSB file"
