Change in the notification cancellation procedure

If it is found that a notification has been filed incorrectly or improperly, there is a possibility to cancel it. The cancellation implies that the notification will continue to be visible in the public worker's part of e-NOTUM, but will not be accessible from the citizen's portal.

Until now, the cancellation request had to be managed through our User Service Center. As of November 23, e-NOTUM user organizations will be autonomous in managing cancellations, since on that date it is planned to implement an improvement that will allow the public worker himself to carry out the cancellation from the screens ofEACAT of the e-NOTUM service. Therefore, this change will make the cancellation process faster, easier and more agile, since it will be entirely in the hands of the entity issuing the notification and can be carried out immediately once the need to cancel is detected. The details of the process to cancel the notification from the screens ofEACAT will be published in the FAQ Cancellation of electronic notifications.
