If it is found that a notification has been filed incorrectly or improperly, there is a possibility to cancel it. The cancellation implies that the notification will continue to be visible in the public worker's part of e-NOTUM, but will not be accessible from the citizen's portal.
Until now, the cancellation request had to be handled through our Customer Service Center. From next November 23, e-NOTUM user organizations will be autonomous in the management of cancellations, since on this date it is planned to implement an improvement that will allow the public worker himself to carry out the cancellation lation from the EACAT screens of the e-NOTUM service. So this change will make the cancellation process faster, easier and more agile, since it will be entirely in the hands of the body issuing the notification and it can be carried out immediately once the need is detected to cancel The detail of the process to cancel the notification from the EACAT screens will be published in the FAQ Cancellation of electronic notifications.
