Good practice of automatic publicity of the resolutions of right of access (via Diputació de Barcelona)

Automating in the transparency portal based on open data is a good practice that the AOC considers key to encourage publication on the portal. It is favored that the information is as up-to-date as possible, and at the same time with the minimum intervention of the municipal staff.
In this sense, from l'Area of Innovation, local governments and territorial cohesion of the Diputació de Barcelona has worked a very good practice in this line: the automatic publication of information relating to the resolutions of requests for access to public information (SAIPS).
This improvement is already available for almost a hundred local bodies SeTDIBA (municipalities that work with tools for the digitization of municipal management provided by Diputació de Barcelona).
How it works ?
The data is published automatically on the municipal open data portal (offered by the AOC), on the organisation's transparency portal (offered by the AOC) and on the Barcelona Provincial Council's open data portal.

The details of the information published correspond to the resolutions of the SAIPs based on the files classified with the documentary series 1314.
Specifically if you complete the information that appears in the additional fields of the tab “Transparency. Access to public information ” of the file manager, will make it easier to publish information on the transparency portal and generate graphical views once the file is closed.
What are the benefits of this new service?
With automation, the municipal technician does not have to think about manually updating the transparency portal.
Data is displayed graphically (for ease of understanding) and disaggregated (for ease of reuse).
The city council of Pont de Vilomara i Rocafort has been a pilot city council in the automation of the publication of information of the files of request of access to the public information directly from its manager of files.

But the data are also displayed and published on the organisation's transparency and open data portal.
