The Signator will be updated on November 23th

The AOC Consortium Signatory Service will be updated next November 23and at around 15pm PRODUCTION in order to increase the security of the signatures it generates. Following security recommendations, the service's default hashing algorithm will change from SHA1 to SHA256.

From the day 10 November this change will be applied to the environment of PRE-PRODUCTION.

IMPORTANT: Those integrators using the cryptographic digest signature mode should note that the signature will be generated based on the algorithm they used to calculate the digest. In other words that is:

Summary Algorithm Signature Algorithm
SHA-1 SHA1withRSA
SHA-256 SHA256withRSA
SHA-512 SHA512withRSA

For any other signature mode, the signature will be generated in SHA256withRSA.

Signatures generated up to this date with SHA-1 will continue to be vàlideg.
