- Electronic invoice
The manual creation of invoices includes Personal Income Tax and Equivalence Surcharge
The e.FACT service offers 3 ways to access the invoices sent by the suppliers.
La mode 1 allows access to invoices through the Receiver Portal located at EACAT / Applications. From here you can download invoices in XML or PDF format.
The modalities 2 and 3 they allow the connection to the service through an accounting management program, either own (modality 2) or market (modality 3). With these two modalities, the service allows the connection via FTP so that the invoices can be downloaded and managed from the accounting program of the receiving entity.
Therefore, the invoices can be accessed through the Custody Portal (modality 1) or through the entity's accounting program (modalities 2 or 3).
It should be noted, however, that with none of the 3 modalities it will be possible to download the invoice to the registry, since e.FACT settlement documentation cannot be retrieved via MUX download (in the following link you can consult which services yes allow retrieval of documentation via MUX_DOWNLOAD)
One of the novelties for 2022 of the e.FACT service is the integration with the MUX v3, which will allow the download of invoices in XML format.
